White clock from EcoSavers with socket protection. The clock has 96 pins, one pin for every quarter of an hour of the day. You can press the pins with a pointed object to indicate per fifteen minutes whether a device should be on or off. The connected device is then only turned on when you need it.

You place the timer in the socket and connect an electrical device to the timer. The clock does the rest of the work.
