🌱 At ECO CHOICE we try to use as little packaging material as possible. All our packaging is plastic free. We use Kraft sellotape, Kraft / recycled boxes, Kraft filler & recycled Kraft thank you cards!

🌱 The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns of used products.

Send a message via contact and indicate which product you want to return. All returns can be requested by contacting us.

Be sure to include your order number with your return.

🌱 Our system currently only allows 1 discount code per order.

🌱 Because we are a small business, we cannot offer exchanges. Return your order to us and we'll give you a refund or voucher so you can buy it again.

🌱 Contact us immediately via info@ecokeuze.be with your order number. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to wrong addresses.

🌱 We currently do not have a physical store in Belgium. We hope to offer collections soon!

🌱 Yes, all our products are not tested on animals!

🌱 Shipments that are ordered on working days before 3 p.m. and are in stock with us, are sent the same day by Bpost or DPD.

With every package of your order we will send you a Track and Trace code by email. Via the online Track and Trace tool you can easily track your order and easily manage delivery times and collection points.

Shipping takes 1 to 5 business days.

🌱 Orders that go to Belgium are not delivered during the weekend.


Orders that go to the Netherlands are also delivered on Saturday, not on Sunday.

🌱 If a product is sold out, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for it to be back in stock.
