The Point-Virgule bread board is made of bamboo wood. This wood is harder and denser in structure than most tropical woods. It absorbs little to no moisture and does not damage the knife during use. Due to the high breakdown of bacteria, the Point-Virgule bread board is ideal for use in your kitchen.
The shelf has slots through which breadcrumbs fall.
Clean the shelf with warm water and dish soap and dry thoroughly. Oil the board occasionally.
