Preparation
  • Place the coconut block in a large tub or bucket
  • Add 6 liters of water per coconut block
  • Let it soak for about 20 to 30 minutes. The coconut block then takes on 7 to 8 times its own volume and gets a peaty consistency.
  • Then crumble the coconut into a loose layer and add some more water if necessary.
