Enamel is nothing but iron fused with siliceous glass at a temperature of 850°C. The fusing makes the surface very smooth, well hardened and non-porous. The enamel also gives its beautiful light colors so that your kitchen gets a unique look. The material is also scratch and cut resistant and metal oxides are used minimally. Enamel does not give off any odor to the food. In this way the food remains nice and pure in taste. The enamel also forms a perfect baking layer. You don't have to oil the pan all the time and you can simply clean the pan with dishwashing liquid. Make sure that the pan is well protected when storing, enamel can be quite vulnerable when stacking pans.

      Enamel is nothing more than iron fused with silicate glass at 850°C. The surface is very smooth and non-porous. This keeps the food clean and with pure aromas.

      An enamel pot is not only the first choice for anyone with a nickel allergy, but also the greenest way of cooking... Only natural "mineral raw materials" such as iron, quartz, clay, feldspar, borax, soda & potash and the smallest amounts of metal oxides are used in production. There are no artificial elements, so enamel is 100% recyclable in the scrap.

      The burning process produces the beautiful bright colors of the enamel, as well as the hard, non-porous, scratch and cut resistant surface.
