Will the used LastPad stink in my bag?

No. The bag is very waterproof. If you hold the bag in a corner and pour water into it, not a drop will leak. That means it also retains the scent well and you don't have to worry about it all day long. Don't forget that the bag can also be washed in the washing machine.

Will it show through my clothes?

No. Unlike most reusable sanitary pads that have a regular fabric, LastPad consists of a combination of moisture-wicking, absorbent and containing layers. This means they can be thin, yet effective. In other words, it doesn't look like you're wearing a compress.

Do I need to pre-wash my LastPad to get the blood out?

You can wash it in cold water if you wish, but that is not necessary. Machine washing at 30ºC makes it clean. Remember that it should not be washed in too hot water, because then the blood will clot. A lower temperature is also friendlier to the environment. Speaking of washing, do not use fabric softener as it will reduce the absorbency of the pad.

Will the wings scratch my thighs?

The wings are attached with Velcro, which can be quite hard at first. After a few washes, the Velcro will have softened enough to not be uncomfortable, even if the wings come loose and rest against your thighs. In the meantime, make sure the wings are firmly attached to each other and that the silicone strip is free of lint.
