Gua Sha:
Start at the forehead by stroking the Gua Sha semi-flat, from the center outwards, then from bottom to top.
Smooth the flat tip along the eyebrow line to sculpt.
Depuff the eye contour by smoothing with light pressure from the inside out and then ironing from the inside out with the eyes closed. Use the tip of the Gua Sha to make gentle pumping movements. To treat fine lines, massage in a grid pattern with the small waves or the tip of the Gua Sha at a 90° angle to the skin, more intensively and quickly on the crow's feet.
Then to sculpt the cheekbones, massage from the nose, under the cheekbone and up to the ears with the wider edge and the Gua Sha semi-flat.
Sculpture the oval of the face by going under the chin and stroking towards the ears with the concave side of the Gua Sha, at a 90° angle.
To treat the double chin, place the Gua Sha waves in the center of the neck, starting at the neck and moving quickly up to the bottom of the chin.
Finish by dripping down to the neck, smoothing from the top to the bottom of the neck to the décolleté, with the Gua Sha semi-flat. (Repeat 5 to 10 times).
Roll On:
Starting at the forehead, smooth from the center outwards and then from the bottom up.
Stroke the large roller along the eyebrow line to model.
Depuff the eye contour with the small roller, smooth from the inside out with light pressure, then with the eyes closed, use the large roller and smooth from the inside out. To tackle fine lines, massage the crow's feet more intensively and quickly in a grid pattern.
Then, to sculpt the cheekbones, massage from the nose, under the cheekbone and then up to the ears.
Shape the oval of the face by going down under the chin and extending to the ears.
To tackle the double chin, start at the neck and quickly work your way up to the underside of the chin.
Continue to flow into the neck and smooth from the top to the bottom of the neck to the décolleté. (Repeat 5 to 10 times).
