Tips & Advice
The bottom seam of the baking paper roasting bag is designed to allow steam to escape from the roasting bag during cooking and is not leak proof, so it is better not to fill the bag with too much liquid. For best results, place the food in the center of the bag and avoid overfilling. After cooking, make a delicious gravy by simply adding liquid and cornstarch to the juices in the bottom of the bag. Simply prepare a "one pot meal" by roasting vegetables, such as onions, potatoes or carrots, with meat.
WARNING
Do not lift the roasting bag filled with ingredients before cooking, as the bag may break. After cooking, be extremely careful when opening the bag as the steam will be very hot.
