Kölsch beer is not just any beer. This variety is recognized (by the EU) as a regional specialty of Cologne. It can therefore only come from an officially recognized Kölsch brewery in Cologne. It used to be that the rule was that a brewery that brewed this beer style had to have a view of the Cologne Cathedral. Because existing breweries moved, this rule no longer became binding. Cafés in Cologne traditionally tap this beer from wooden barrels. With this soap you have something special in your hands!
