Use for 1-5 minutes on clean skin with a previously applied oil/serum.

Massage in circular motions onto the frown line and then stroke the smaller side along the brow line to sculpt.
To relax and relieve tension at the temples, use circular movements with some pressure and smooth the hair towards the roots.
Depuff the eye contour by applying Mushroom to the closed eyes and then smooth under the eyes from the inside out, up to the temples. Use small circular motions on the outer corners at the crow's feet wrinkles, working upwards.
To unclog the sinuses and shape the cheekbones, apply the Mushroom to the sinuses and massage in circular movements; then smooth the Mushroom under the cheekbone and up towards the ears.
Also massage the masticatory muscles in a circular motion, with some pressure, decreasing towards the ears and along the neck to the décolleté to end the massage. (Repeat 5 to 10 times)
