Natural rubber is obtained by hand in a soft form and is a renewable resource. The energy required to obtain, manufacture and transport is only ± 10% of the effort required to obtain and manufacture the chemical production of synthetic latex. The natural latex is free of solvents, CFCs and chemical plasticizers.

This fairly traded product consists of natural raw materials and falls under the Fairtrade premiums. The three gold Fairtrade standards include: no exploitation and discrimination of producers, commitment to sustainability and environmental protection, and long-term assistance and support.
